Executive Council

The Executive Council of Premium Sports Competitions is responsible for the strategic planning, governance, and overall success of the tournament. Comprising experienced football administrators, coaches, and industry professionals, the council ensures that all competitions are organized with integrity, professionalism, and excellence.

Our Leadership Team

1. Dr. Stephen T. Odonkor – Chairman/Disciplinary Committee Chairman

The head of the Executive Council, overseeing the overall management, strategic direction, and growth of the competition. He also Ensures disciplinary matters are handled fairly, including player misconduct, appeals, and match-related disputes.

2. Mr. Stanley Blankson – Vice Chairman

Supports the Chairman in decision-making and plays a key role in coordinating operations and partnerships.

3. Irene Agbenyo – General Secretary

Manages administrative duties, communications, and ensures smooth coordination between clubs, officials, and stakeholders.

4. Mr. Kelvin Clottey – Director of Competitions/Technical Director

Oversees the organization of all tournaments, match scheduling, and adherence to FIFA regulations. He also Provides technical guidance on player and club development, coaching standards, and football policies.

5. Mr. Andy Addotey – Head of Referees & Match Officials

Leads the referee appointment committee and ensures fair and professional officiating.

6. Miss. Comfort Larry – Media & Communications Director

Handles press releases, media partnerships, live match broadcasts, and public relations.

7. King James – Sponsorship & Marketing Director

Leads efforts to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and financial sustainability for the competition.

8. Mrs. Adelaide Koranteng – Finance Director

Oversees the financial management of the competition, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial operations.
